Surf Forecast Brief Outlook: TUESDAY: Small mix of SSW groundswell and some new NW windswell. Surf is mainly in the knee-waist+ high range, while standouts see chest+ sets. WEATHER/WIND - Light/variable to light onshore winds in the morning, then W flow around 8-14kts+ in the afternoon. Worst Bet: Onshore flow is strongest in the afternoon.
