North Carolina (Outer Banks) Surf Report & Forecast

Surf Forecast Brief Outlook: REST OF TODAY: Knee high NE windswell leftovers and SE swell mix expected during the morning hours though many breaks will struggle through the early high tide. SE/SSE windswell comes up over the afternoon with 2-3-4' surf on tap for late in the day in the southern part of the region. Smaller windswell is expected for the northern Outer Banks. Winds are SE/SSE 4-7kts early increasing to 15-20kts in the afternoon.

S/SE windswell/swell mix. Bigger surf still possible for better spots south of Oregon Inlet. Light winds and more favorable conditions. AM high tide will slow down the surf for some spots.
