Marin County Surf Report & Forecast

Surf Forecast Brief Outlook: FRIDAY - Short period NW windswell offers up mainly sloppy, shoulder-head high+ surf and overhead sets for well exposed spots. Longer period SSW groundswell continues to set up 2-3'+ waves at better south facing locations. Combo exposed beach-breaks that can offer a good balance to both swells see some crossed up peaks. WEATHER/WIND - Breezy WNW winds for much of the day, lightest early. This is a Premium feature. Worst Bet: NW exposures have surface chop all day. SSW groundswell and short period NW windswell mix prevail for the next few days with persistent NW winds. Check the full premium forecast below for more details!
SURF FORECAST More NW winds/short period NW windswell on Thursday as small SSW southern hemi groundswell continued. Many NW exposures saw mostly sloppy head high plus windswell waves with better sets mixed in. Smaller but cleaner/more organized surf at southern hemi breaks. Combo beach-breaks that could pick up both swells offered some crossed up peaks.
